These terms apply to your use of this website and, where relevant, to the cleaning and recruitment services provided by Resource Interlink (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our address is 109 St Paul’s Road, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 5DD, United Kingdom.
Where we provide services to you under a separate contract or quotation, the terms of that agreement will apply to those services in addition to these terms. If there is any conflict, the terms of the specific service agreement will take priority for that service.
2. Using our website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. The content is provided for general information, is offered in good faith, and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. You agree not to:
- use the website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems;
- introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material; or
- copy, reproduce or republish our content except as permitted in section 8.

3. Our services
We provide cleaning and recruitment services. The specific terms for each engagement — including scope of work, quotations, scheduling, cancellations, fees and payment — will be set out in a separate service agreement or quotation, which you should read alongside these terms.
Cleaning services. You agree to provide safe access to the premises and the information we reasonably need to carry out the work. Scheduling, frequency, cancellation notice and any additional charges will be set out in your agreement or quotation.
Recruitment services. Where we introduce or supply candidates, our recruitment terms (including introduction fees, temp-to-perm transfer fees, and any refund or replacement arrangements) apply. We operate in accordance with the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003. Full details will be provided in your recruitment agreement.
4. Quotations & pricing
Quotations are based on the information you provide and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary following a site assessment or a change in the requirements or information provided.
Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment terms — invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date — will be set out in your agreement or on your invoice. We may charge interest on late payments as permitted by law.
5. Cancellations & changes
Any right to cancel or reschedule a service, and any applicable notice periods or charges, will be set out in your service agreement or quotation. A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a clean; late cancellations may incur an administrative charge of 5% of the full charge.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill; and
- our total liability arising from or in connection with a service is limited to the extent set out in the relevant service agreement, or otherwise as permitted by law.
